This mod removes the timer for deployments, developments, and platform creation. The resource requirements are intact, but you won't have to wait anymore.

December 17,2017 2016: Version 5 uploaded. Fixes the 0 GMP requirement for R&D.
December 16, 2016: Version 4 is live! All three mods have been updated. Only the instant-deployment and instant-research are tested and working. If anyone has issues with instant-platforms, please let me know. Enjoy! (Also, for future me and anyone who cares, EquipDevelopFlowSetting.lua p71= is the timer variable.)
October 11, 2016: I've uploaded version 3 (1.10v3).I updated the files for instant Deployments and Platforms. Gioby confirmed the instant Development portion still works. Reinstalling SnakeBite if you've having issues.
September 17, 2016: I fixed the deployments in 1.10v2. They should always complete instantly. Please post of any problems.

August 3, 2016: The R&D and deployments files have been updated and tested in 1.10. I'm unable to build a platform to test if it's instant. A confirmation of it working or not working would be appreciated.
August 2, 2016: Patch 1.10 went live today. I tested this mod for compatibility. R&D development time is still instant, but soldier
dispatch mission time isn't working. I'll fix this when I get a chance.
