Raw download clone embed report print text 17.67 KB [Patch]; Info: Completely disable Skyrim's memory allocator and use regular C malloc. That means memory blocks will not exist anymore; and game will not crash at some arbitrary limit. When this is enabled then Safety Load and SSME/SKSE memory patch are not needed, but they don't cause any. The patch is packed in the latest version of SKSE 1.7 (alpha) which I have. However, and I posted this on Gopher's YouTube page, in order to activate the patch and make it work we need to edit the.ini file inside the SKSE folder (which is located in the data folder). OK, I need some help. I have tons of mods installed and my game crashes pretty often when I try to load saved games. I read that theres a SKSE memory fix which could help, so I manually created SKSE.ini; its in Data SKSE Plugins and it looks like this: [General]ClearInvalidRegistrations=1EnableD.

Trust me, you will need SKSE for a ton of reasons. It loads Skyrim yes but it also allows you to install more mods as a ton of mods require SKSE. Also it has a memory patch as well but you have to make the ini. Google it, it should tell you what to do. From now on, it is best to launch Skyrim with SKSE. Download and install the latest archive. Create the SKSE ini file OR download and install it from here. Right-click the SKSE mod in Mod Organizer and select. ITintTextureResolution=2048 [Memory] DefaultHeapInitialAllocMB=768 ScrapHeapSizeMB=256 Notice: The SKSE folder structure, including the skse.ini should look like this. SSME is redundant and thus no longer used with the current version of SKSE 1.7.3, as the Sheson memory patch is already integrated. Memory Blocks Log is a diagnostic tool designed to ensure that memory patch is properly configured and resources allocated during gameplay.
