It is not widely known that the patch files can be accessed from a special website: cdn-patch.swtor.com, and sometimes they put the patch files a day beforehand.
Now if you go to your installation folder:
There are two files assets_swtor_main_version.txt, and assets_swtor_en_us_version.txt, inside these two files there is the patch version. Right now if you are up to date the versions are 185 for english assets and 181 for main. Using the website above to search for next patch files (186 and 182) yield these two four (corrected by /u/swtor_potato) files:

They are already available for download and the size for these two four files are 1.58 ~3GB for the main and 247MB for the english assets.
Note, there isn't much to do right now with these files but they can be pre-downloaded in order to quickly patch your game tomorrow.
