I recently started playing SWTOR again with a few friends, and we've all run in to a problem where the streaming launcher need to reorganize the data. This takes up to 5 hours, and for me it was happening every 2-3 days.
For people having issue with the patch download getting stuck. Hit the Pause Button then hit the play button and the download should resume. If it happens again just repeat. The fix requires you to reinstall the game, but even with my relatively slow internet it was worth it.
Here goes.
Step 1
Uninstall the game.
Step 2
Download and install: swtor_setup.exe
Step 3
Run the launcher, without logging in. Let the launcher do it's self-update.
Step 4 Go into your swtor directory and open the launcher.settings file in notepad.
